How to Size:
- Please refer to the sizing chart and shoe size comparison image
- Select: RIGHT or LEFT.
- Measure around the ball of the foot as shown in the sizing chart. When measuring your forefoot circumference, make sure you are bearing weight on the foot being measured.
- Measure the length of your foot from toe to heel as shown.
- Cross reference the two measurements on the chart to choose the appropriate size. Use shoe size comparison chart as a guide.
- If you are between sizes or on the cusp, we recommend sizing up.
How to Apply: To ensure you get the most out of your brace, you must apply the brace correctly. We recommend watching the application video and following the steps below.
- Release all straps.
- Pull the brace over the forefoot to the base of the big toe.
- Wrap the anchor strap over the inside of the foot and close.
- The heel part can now be pulled over the heel- Make sure the sole of the foot at the heel is free of textile.
- Pull the strap from the inside of the heel diagonally under the foot. Close the strap on the outside of the forefoot part.
- Pull the strap from the outside of the heel under the foot. When necessary, open and attach under the tab. Close the strap on the inside of the forefoot part.
- Close the tab.

Care Instructions:
- Close all straps before washing
- Place the brace in a net bag
- Machine wash on the gentle cycle at a low temperature
- Allow to air dry
- Do not add bleach
- Do not dry in dryer or wash in a dishwasher
