Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not happy with your brace, we will gladly accept return/exchange requests within 30 days of purchase. Only products that have not been worn past the fitting stage, have not been customized and are in their original packaging will be accepted. Please note, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Here's our return and exchange policy:
30-Day Return Window
- You may return or exchange your brace within 30 days of purchase
- Contact BraceLab within this 30-day period to initiate the process
Product Condition Requirements
- Brace must not have been worn beyond initial fitting
- No customized products can be returned
- Original packaging and product inserts must be included
- You may try on for sizing, but the product must remain unused
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Our support team will review your request
- When your request is approved you will have two options to choose from:
- BraceLab can provide you with a return shipping label for $9.95+tax, or
- You can use your own shipping method to send the brace back
- Please note, for all exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping of the new exchange item and will be charged $4.95+tax
- Your return/exchange must reach us within 15 business days
- Returns/exchanges without approval will not be accepted
