Sizing Information: 

  • Please refer to the sizing chart image.
  • Select: RIGHT or LEFT.
  • Measure around your instep (mid-foot) as shown.
  • If you are between sizes or on the cusp, we recommend sizing up.

How to Apply: To ensure you get the most out of your brace, you must apply the brace correctly. We recommend following the steps below. 

  • Open the straps.
  • Put the brace on like you are putting on a sock. Make sure the brace fits properly around the heel on your foot.
  • Pull your foot towards you, such that the foot is positioned at a 90 degree angle. Then tighten and fasten the top portion of the brace.
  • Pull the strap so it is under tension.
  • Take the broad elastic strap and wrap it around the back of the lower leg to the front, diagonally across the instep; then pass it underneath the foot and along the outside of the foot towards the inside of the ankle. You effectively create a figure '8'. 
  • Fasten the strap with the hook and loop material.

Care Instructions:

  • Close all straps before washing
  • Place the brace in a net bag
  • Machine wash on the gentle cycle at a low temperature
  • Allow to air dry
  • Do not add bleach
  • Do not dry in dryer or wash in a dishwasher

Only products that have not been worn past the fitting stage, have not been customized and are in their original packaging will be accepted.
